A “batea” trapped in “A Ribeiriña”
Dezanove House
The small huts that used to be installed in the old rafts serve as inspiration in this project, built with natural materials that are perfectly integrated into the environment of the Ría de Arousa.
Textures
Iñaki Leite combines treated plywood, concrete, anodized aluminum, steel, PVC and glass. The result; a house full of textures, sensations and light, with a view of more than 15 meters that opens onto the sea.
Energy efficiency
One of its main values is energy efficiency. In its construction, aluminum and PVC carpentry systems with minimal perimeter configuration have been used, giving prominence to glass as the main element. In order to obtain the highest qualification, high isolation enclosures and south facing windows were used, which together with the shutters offer infinite possibilities of lighting.
